Avocado Pit Tea

Ingredients:

1 avocado pit (from a ripe avocado)
1 liter of water
Juice of half a lemon (optional, to enhance flavor and antioxidants)
1 teaspoon of pure honey (optional, to sweeten)

Preparation:

Step 1: Prepare the seed.
Wash the avocado seed well to remove any remaining pulp. Dry it with a clean towel and cut it into small pieces or grate it with a fine grater

Step 2: Boil the water.
Place the liter of water in a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Add the avocado seed pieces or powder.
